This is a nice 22 1/4# gobbler, 10" beard, 1" spurs, taken on opening day, Mar. 29, 2003 in East Tennessee. Used 3 1/2" 12ga with #6 HEVI-SHOT®. I use HEVI-SHOT® exclusively for all my waterfowl and turkey hunting.

Thanks again for a great product. I have used your shells from 7 1/2s to #2s, the instant stopping power on birds is Awesome. I used a number 2 on the turkey in the picture at 40 yards and it looked like I had dropped a safe on him!

Last fall I used 7 1/2s for wood ducks and got my first double on woodies ever. 2 Wood ducks 1 shot, that's not going to happen with any other shell! I will not use any other shell . I can't wait to shoot your 00 buck.

Here's the results of 2 days of hunting mallards on the Missouri river in Kansas. We found HEVI-SHOT® on sale and decided to try and I will say I had my 5 mallards both days and used one box of 3.5 #4's. All birds were clean kills no cripples or follow up shots needed. Thanks for producing some drake busting loads and looking forward to the new ice breakers.

The season has been real tough this year a lot of passes and thousands of geese but no shots close enough for steel everything is flying at 90+ yards. No thanks to the unusually warm weather during this season here in Missouri. But, thanks to HEVI-SHOT® and a friend who is an experienced Hand loader had come up with a shell recipe loaded with HEVI-SHOT®. Its a 12 gauge 3.5 inch shell pushing 1.25 oz of #2 HEVI-SHOT® at approx 1400 FPS the recoil was quite peppy but at least got my first snow goose this season that was easily flying at 90 to 100 yards.
