So,as we approach spring alot of us will start shooting again, both in the field (turkey and snow geese) others will shoot trap and or sporting clays, some will join leagues and why not,its all fun~
My question is,how many of you deal with the dreaded "Flinch"?? Better yet,how many of you know that you have a flinch?
The flinch is easy to aquire and hard to fix,it usually comes from shooting to much horse power when lite loads will do,but I have a solution that has worked on many shooters~
There is many different types of flinching, from lifting your head off the stock before you shoot,or closing your eyes as you shoot or the full blowin "jerk" as you pull the trigger,or the hard trigger pull, its a sub conscience happing that will take time to cure but worth the effort, for some its as easy as dry firing a couple 100 rounds, others need gun fit,but we can start with the basic's here.
If anyone has questions, fire away here or PM me and we can chat.
