Product Overview

Mix it up to take more longbeards down. HEVI-Shot® Magnum Blend® combines No. 5, 6 and 7 shot cast from 12 g/cc tungsten. The heavy, high-density payloads offer as many as 448 pellets in a single 12-gauge 3-inch shell, and those shot carry far more energy than lead, extending effective range and improving pattern density. Ounce for ounce, dollar for dollar, this is the most lethal turkey load on the market.

  • Blended payload of No. 5, 6 and 7 shot
  • 12 g/cc tungsten pellets retain more energy for extended range on tough gobblers
  • Higher pellet counts over lead payloads
  • Better pattern density

58 yard shot
Have been using Hevi-shot of some variety for many years, 3" magnum blend for the last few. Recently took a nice tom at 57 yards. Knocked him down and broke a leg and a wing. Would have been a one shot kill but I failed to consider the holdover needed at that distance. This with a Super Black Eagle 1st generation and a fairly basic turkey choke designed for Hevi-Shot, don't have it with me or I would name it. I haven't tried some of the newer shot on the market, crazy expensive, so I will stick with the Magnum Blend for now, it hasn't failed me on the last 6 or so birds I have taken. I usually shoot them at 25-40 yards but this guy didn't give me the chance, thanks for a great product.

Love Them
So far four shots and four birds down. My son shot one at 47 yds. The others were between 35 and 40 yds. I would highly recommend.
